Orders are accepted 24 hours / 7 days a week.
Order processing takes place from Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm
Goods available in stock are shipped within 48h from the moment the payment is credited to our bank account or an order is placed with the option of payment on delivery. The payment on delivery option applies only to domestic customers.
The customer pays for the ordered goods after receiving confirmation of the value of the placed order from the wholesaler's employee.
The minimum order value for domestic customers is 500 PLN net, foreign customers must exceed 2000 PLN net.
Domestic orders are shipped by GLS company.
We cover the cost of shipping within the country, if the order exceeds 900.00 PLN net (1107.00 PLN gross), for delivery below this value a fee is charged - 12.19 PLN net (14.99 PLN gross) (does not apply to shipping outside Polish borders).
In case of choosing the option of payment for the goods on delivery (so-called cash on delivery) there is an additional cost of 3.00 PLN net (3.69 PLN gross)
Additional VAT invoices are issued for both collection and shipping costs.
Foreign shipments are sent at the expense of the customer.
The cost of foreign shipment varies depending on the country of shipment and ranges from 18 EUR to 35 EUR.
The maximum weight of one parcel is 30 kg. If the ordered products do not fit in one parcel and the customer covers the shipping costs, the goods will be packed in separate parcels and an additional fee of 14.99 PLN gross will be charged for each parcel. (Applies to domestic customers).
