Integrator program enables data exchange between Symfonia ERP Handel via WebApi and PrestaShop online store.
Integrator works with Symfonia ERP version min. 2020.2.
To communicate with the store, a direct connection to the store's SQL server (MySQL) is not required. Communication with the store takes place entirely through the API (broker), which can be additionally secured and encrypted with SSL protocol.
Downloading and handling orders
The integrator allows you to download selected orders from the store to Symphony. The program automatically prompts for orders that have not yet been processed. The order is then imported into Symphony as an order document or sales document.
Integrator has the ability to bind goods from the store with goods in Symfonia on the basis of the goods code, thanks to which normal warehouse management is realized (goods are reserved or removed from the stock in Symfonia). The integrator also supports one-time goods/services and commodity options/variants (each commodity variant in the online store must have its own symbol assigned).
The integrator also sets up appropriate contractor files (tied by customer ID), and supports additional delivery addresses.
The integrator can also generate document images in PDF format and send them to the store.
Import of goods
This function allows you to import selected goods from the store into Symphony. Based on the "Code" field, the program updates or sets up new entries in the goods file. Such fields as (to choose from): code/symbol, name, description, prices, VAT rate, weight are imported.
Export goods
This function allows you to update or export selected or all goods from Symphony to the store. Depending on the selected operating parameters, the program can set up non-existing goods or only update existing records. This function can also update inventory in the store based on inventory in Symphony (with or without reservations, from selected or all warehouses).
Schedule
Integrator can be run on a schedule (as a system service), regardless of the logged-in user.
