INFORMATION CLAUSE CONCERNING THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
Fulfilling the obligation arising from the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data ("RODO"), we inform you that:
1) the controller of your personal data is PrestaGuru
2) where a contract for the provision of services by PrestaGuru ("Rental Agreement") has been concluded between you and PrestaGuru, your personal data is processed by PrestaGuru for the purpose of:
(a) performing the Agreement . The processing of your personal data in this regard is based on Article 6.(1)(b) of the RODO and does not require your consent.
(b) the implementation of the legitimate interests of PrestaGuru, which in particular include: (i) providing you with commercial, promotional or marketing information regarding the services provided by PrestaGuru, (ii) creating compilations, analyses or statistics. The processing of your personal data in this regard is based on Article 6. paragraph 1. point f) RODO and does not require your consent;
3) where no Agreement has been concluded between you and PrestaGuru, your personal data are processed by PrestaGuru in order to:
(a) take steps at your request prior to concluding such an Agreement. The processing of your personal data in this regard is based on Article 6.(1)(b) RODO and does not require your consent;
(b) to pursue the legitimate interests of PrestaGuru, which in particular include: (i) providing you with commercial, promotional or marketing information regarding the services provided by PrestaGuru, (ii) producing compilations, analyses or statistics. The processing of your personal data in this regard is based on Article 6. paragraph 1 point f) RODO and does not require your consent;
4) in matters concerning the protection and processing of your personal data, you can contact us by sending an e-mail to: daneosobowe@prestaguru.pl;
5) The processing of your personal data may be entrusted by PrestaGuru to other entities whose services PrestaGuru uses in connection with its activities, in particular in the field of ICT, organizational, operational, legal, debt recovery, accounting, tax, insurance services;
6) Your personal data will be processed for the following period:
(a) in the case of the conclusion of the Agreement - for the duration of the Agreement , and then for the period after which the statute of limitations for claims arising therefrom applies. After this period, your personal data will be processed until you request their deletion;
(b) in the event that no Agreement is concluded - until you request their deletion;
7) You have the right to access your personal data, the right to rectify, erase or request restriction of their processing or to object to their processing, as well as the right to data portability;
8) You have the right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory authority, which is the Inspector General for Personal Data Protection, if you consider that the processing of your personal data by PrestaGuru violates the provisions of the law on personal data protection;
9) Providing your personal data is voluntary, but necessary in order to conclude and perform the Rental Agreement or in order for PrestaGuru to take action before concluding the Rental Agreement. Refusal to provide your personal data will also prevent us from providing you with commercial, promotional or marketing information about the services offered by PrestaGuru;
10) Your personal data will not be processed in an automated manner.
